OFS Brands began with the purchase of woodlands and is forever bonded with the forest, not only through their furniture but also through the replanting of trees they have cut down. Like the forest, they have both a deep respect for their rich history and an eager anticipation for what is ahead. The redesign for this company’s headquarters will bring their tie to nature on the outside into the office with a natural color palette and sustainable materials, utilizing the abundance of daylighting provided by the well-openings, and connecting departments with collaborative spaces and an open floorplan.

Grow

The new OFS headquarters will present an atmosphere that encourages company and employee growth. Taking inspiration from how flora and fauna continue to persevere and grow through challenges, the new office design offers areas for problem-solving or personal reflection. Nestled in a space plan that has room to breathe, the private nooks can be used for conversations or project work and the collaborative corner can be utilized by any department to meet for brainstorming allowing OFS employees to work with even more enthusiasm for a company they already love.

Envelop

The heart of OFS Brands embodies family culture. As trees lovingly envelop and value the wildlife about their roots, OFS as a company upholds a philosophy that encourages collaboration with and respect for fellow employees as well as with clients. When a person exits the elevator, they are embraced by a spacious lobby area with views of the CEO’s office, a smiling receptionist, and a collaborative area giving an overall impression that the company desires to openly engage with anyone who may walk through their doors.
